Corundum self-flowing wear-resistant refractory castable is made of corundum, super high-alumina clinker and silicon carbide as main materials, combined with composite binder, water reducing agent, dispersant, etc., and is designed by optimizing formula. This product has high wear resistance, erosion resistance. Because of its strong self-flowing force, it is degassed and leveled without vibration, thus realizing densification, good fluidity and easy construction. The materials and binders used can be selected according to the use conditions. Corundum self-flowing castable has high hot strength; Micro-expansion can reduce the gap and avoid the penetration of molten steel; The fluidity can be adjusted, and even the narrow gap can be filled by gravity. It can be directly casted into liner for use, and can also be made into prefabricated blocks by pouring or vibrating. During the large-area construction of corundum self-flowing castable, the construction should be carried out in blocks, and the area of each pouring area should be about 1.5m2. Expansion joints should be set up according to the design requirements. Expansion joints should be set in the middle of anchor spacing. Expansion joints can use 6-8 mm thick wooden boards, and the distance between the cross section of the wooden boards and the formwork should be 40-60mm. Expansion boards should be effectively fixed to prevent translocation during castable construction. Application: it is often used in CFB boiler and other thermal equipment where it is difficult to construct due to severe erosion and wear. It is suitable for filling joints around ladle wall, permeable brick seat brick, pouring molding in construction areas with complex shapes and narrow parts. It is also often used as lining material for various kilns such as boilers, hot blast stoves, heating furnaces and ceramic kilns. Q. How long does your warranty last? What does it cover?
A: Warranty for valves and actuators is last for twelve (12) months from the shipping date of original purchase. It covers the repair for the defect resulting from the use under normal and customary manner. However, valve consumables (including body seal, seat, thrust washer, stem packing, stem bushing, and gland bearing) are not included in the warranty.
Q. Do you use forging material or casting material to make valves?
A: Both. Mostly casting material, but we use forging material for high pressure valves.
