This morning, SVT revealed Stockholm as the Host City for the 2016 Eurovision Song Contest. The capital city's Globe Arena will stage the contest for the second time in its history. The Semi-Finals will be held on 10 and 12 May, the Grand Final on 14 May 2016. Information about ticket sales is expected later this year.

Proprio questa notte ho sognato che per la prima volta la finale dell'Eurovision sarebbe stata il sabato della settimana successiva alle semifinali (tipo 10, 12 e 21 maggio).
Ma evidentemente non so fare sogni premonitori.

Il blog finest.se anticipa gli Alcazar (gruppo schlager/eurodance formato da Andreas Lundstedt, Tess Merkel e Lina Hedlund) come possibili conduttori dell'Eurovision 2016
Il trio svedese è celebre presso il pubblico italiano grazie al successo di Cryin' At The Discotheque - quando la formazione prevedeva ancora Annikafiore Kjaergaard al posto della Hedlund - e nel resto d'Europa per le CINQUE partecipazioni al Melodifestivalen (2003, 2005, 2009, 2010, 2014) e per i tantissimi singoli di successo che hanno popolato le discoteche negli ultimi quindici anni (Sexual Guarantee, Not A Sinner Nor A Saint, Alcastar - riproposta in tempi non sospetti anche come sigla del Muccassassina! - This Is The World We Live In, Stay The Night, From Brazil With Love, Blame It On The Disco e poi basta se no non mi fermo più
