Q: Can I get 3.1 material certificate from Valwell?
A: Yes, we always provide the 3.1 material certificate and test report to customers.
Q. Can Valwell provide 3.2 inspection certificate?
A: Yes, we can. We can find the third party for the inspection according to customers鈥?requests, but we will charge the cost.
Q. How long does your warranty last? What does it cover?
A: Warranty for valves and actuators is last for twelve (12) months from the shipping date of original purchase. It covers the repair for the defect resulting from the use under normal and customary manner. However, valve consumables (including body seal, seat, thrust washer, stem packing, stem bushing, and gland bearing) are not included in the warranty.
Q. What is the highest pressure rating you can do?
