Q: What is your warranty?
A: Normally we provide 12 months warranty
Q: What payment method do you accept?
A: We could accept T/T (Bank Transfer), Western Union, PayPal, etc.
Q: May I buy samples for testing before bulk order?
A: Sure, normally we have some off-the-shelf products in stock, as commercial grade hardware units, we strongly recommend sample testing in advance before bulk order.
Q: How to place bulk order?
A: If you have purchased samples for testing, please tell us model number, quantity. color and other special requirements according to your sample testing result. Then we will send Proforma Invoice to arrange payment, goods will be delivered as stated on the proforma invoice

Q. How do you determine, before manufacturing a saleable product, that the design complies with specification?
A: Normally,we design ODM project according to customers’ requirements and their investment.
For developing a public model, it usually designed according to market survey and customers’ new requirements and then we intergrate those requirement to design a new product to meet most of our customers, and ensure that 100% of device undergo their standard tests.
Q: How will you deliver my goods to me?
A: By our freight company with shipping options such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, EMS. Or by economic method such as air cargo and sea cargo, direct line to clients’ request. Customer could also arrange the shipment by themselves.
Q: Do you have any After-Sales service?
A: Yes! we have professional After-sales Dept including software, hardware and mechanical design etc. Those requied firmware and app etc will be uploaded and provided.
